Read our blog on Finding Potential Funders and check out the brilliant resources below.
We recommend Kent Community Foundation (KCF)’s invaluable list of available funds.
Sign up to the KCF newsletter to get regular alerts about their funds.
KCC also have free funder finder software on their website, which is accessible to you if you are a charitable group operating in Kent. KCC Community Grants and Funding are listed here.
You can look at the annual accounts or websites of similar organisations, because they often list funders. Annual accounts of charities are available on the Charity Commission website.

In-depth funding research
All of the above should be a good starting point, but if you want to do some in depth funding research you can purchase the Directory of Grantmaking Trusts; which is published every year or subscribe to an online funder finder service, such as Funds Online.
Fundraising Support/Mentoring
Thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund, Funding For All are now inviting enquiries for their Fundraising Mentoring Programme. Open to small charities & VSCEs across Kent & Medway, they specialise in bid writing skills, funding strategy, marketing, tendering, legacies plus more.
