National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO)

Their Trustee Recruitment Guide includes a link to Trustees Unlimited, one of the UK’s leading trustee and board recruitment agencies, which will list your trustee roles for free if you’re an NCVO member. As well as Charity Job and Step on Board.

Have developed an excellent free guide to good recruitment which can help your charity recruit a board that will help it grow and thrive. They run trustee recruitment workshops, and a learning programme called Trustee Recruitment Pathways, for charities who want support to run an active trustee recruitment campaign.
